Intelligent Oncology(eISSN 2950-2616, pISSN 2097-7131, CN 50-1240/R73), a distinguished international academic journal, is overseen by the Ministry of Education, sponsored by Chongqing University, organized by Chongqing University Cancer Hospital and School of Medicine, Chongqing University; and published in partnership with the KeAi Publishing Group. This group was founded in collaboration with Elsevier and China Science Publishing & Media Ltd. The journal is disseminated on a quarterly basis as an open access (OA) publication.

The editorial board of the journal is composed of over 40 renowned experts worldwide, bringing together the world's leading scientists in clinical oncology and AI. Dr. Bo Xu, a Distinguished Professor of Oncology and Executive Director of Chongqing Cancer Institute, is the founding Editor-in-Chief of the journal. Professor Feng-Ming (Spring) Kong from the University of Hong Kong serves as the Co-Editor-in-Chief, and Dr. Wenli Cai, a former professor at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, acts as the Executive Editor.

Intelligent Oncology offers its authors several advantages: free publication, rapid response, and fast publication upon acceptance. The journal is dedicated to publishing superior quality original research, reviews, commentaries, and perspectives. It serves as a platform to advance both theoretical and applied research integrating clinical oncology, information science, mathematics, among other fields. Key topics include but are not limited to artificial intelligence technology, algorithm development, usage of AI technology in both exploratory and clinical scenarios, AI-guided clinical trials, and AI-driven drug discovery and development.
