| 摘要： | 目的：建立壮药藤茶的生药学鉴别方法。方法：观察壮药藤茶原植物、药材性状和显微鉴别特征；采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对药材进行定性鉴别。结果：藤茶原植物枝、叶、花形态特征显著；药材茎、须、叶鉴别特征显著；药材茎横切面、叶横切面、叶表面、粉末鉴别特征显著；药材的TLC图斑点清晰，分离度好。结论：该研究所建方法可用于壮药藤茶的生药学鉴别。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the pharmacognosy identification of Zhuang medicine Ampelopsis grossedentata. METHODS： Original plant， medicinal properties and microscopic identification features were observed； TLC was adopted for the qualitative identification of it. RESULTS： The branch，leat and flower of original plant showed significant identification features，as well as the stem，tassel，leat and the stem cross-section，leaf cross-section，leaf surface and powder of medicinal materials； TLC spots were clear and well separated. CONCLUSIONS： The study can be used for the identification of Zhuang medicine A. grossedentata. |
