| 摘要： | 目的：建立同时测定西诃蜜膏中没食子酸和鞣花酸含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为 X-Bridge C18，流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.2％磷酸水溶液（梯度洗脱），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为254 nm，柱温为30 ℃，进样量为10 μl。结果：没食子酸和鞣花酸的检测进样量线性范围分别为0.132～0.792、0.108 0～0.648 2 μg（r均为0.999 9）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD＜3％；加样回收率分别为95.15％～99.69％（RSD＝1.64％，n＝9）、97.24％～100.43％（RSD＝1.24％，n＝9）。结论：该方法操作简单、结果准确、灵敏度高，可用于西诃蜜膏中没食子酸和鞣花酸的含量测定。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for simultaneous determination of gallic acid and ellagic acid in Xihe majun ointment. METHODS： HPLC method was performed on the column of X-Bridge C18 with mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.2％ Phosphoric acid solution （gradient elution） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min， detection wavelength was 254 nm，detection temperature was 30 ℃， and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS： The linear range was 0.132-0.792 μg for gallic acid （r＝0.999 9） and 0.108 0-0.648 2 μg for ellagic acid （r＝0.999 9）； RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3％； recoveries were 95.15％-99.69％（RSD＝1.64％，n＝9） and 97.24％-100.43％（RSD＝1.24％，n＝9）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple， accurate and sensitive， and can be used for the content determination of gallic acid and ellagic acid in Xihe majun ointment. |
