TITLE：
摘要：	目的：探讨我国中药传统炮制技术的传承方法。方法：结合中药传统炮制技术的特点，对当前我国中药传统炮制技术传承中的知识产权现状进行分析，并提出有效保护和传承的方法。结果与结论：我国中药传统炮制技术具有经验性、适宜性、价值性（包括非物质文化遗产价值、健康价值、科学价值）等特点。当前，我国对中药炮制技术知识产权保护不力，主要体现在知识产权制度研究滞后、外商涉足中药饮片产业导致传统炮制技术难以得到有效保护、国内自主知识产权保护意识淡薄导致传统炮制技术外流现象严重等方面。建议形成中药传统炮制技术的知识产权（包括将传统炮制文化与现代药学理论相结合、将传统炮制技术与现代科技鉴别技术融合、将传统炮制经验与现代临床理论相结合）、运用知识产权促进传承、运用政策机制促进创新式传承（包括设立中药饮片炮制加工研究机构、建立全国性的中药炮制技术人才库、组建传统炮制技术传承工作室）等，以便优化中药炮制技术的有效保护和传承。
ABSTRACT：	OBJECTIVE： To discuss how to inherit and develop the traditional processing technology of TCM in China. METHODS： According to the characteristics of traditional processing technology of TCM， the present situation of intellectual property right for traditional processing technology of TCM in China were analyzed to put forward effective protection and inheritance method. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS： In China， traditional procession technology of TCM owns the characteristics of skill， suitability， worthiness （including intangible cultural heritage value， health value， science value） and so on. At present， the intellectual property protection of TCM processing technology is not adequate in China， manifesting as intellectual property system study of TCM processing technology fall behind the development； it is difficult to protect traditional procession technology because the foreign manufacturers participate in TCM decoction piece production； serious traditional procession technology flow-out results from poor proprietary protection awareness in China， etc. It is suggested to form traditional processing technology of intellectual property rights TCM （combining traditional processing culture with modern pharmaceutical theory， integrating traditional processing technology into modern identification technology， combing traditional processing experience with modern clinical theory）， adopt intellectual property to promote technology inheritance， promote innovative inheritance with policy and system （establishing TCM decoction pieces processing research institute， setting up national TCM processing technicians database， organizing traditional processing technology inheritance studio）， etc.， so as to optimize effective protection and inheritance of TCM processing technology.
