| 摘要： | 目的：建立测定补骨脂-青龙衣酊中补骨脂素含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS C18，流动相为甲醇-水（60 ∶ 40，V/V），流速为0.8 ml/min，检测波长为246 nm，柱温为25 ℃，进样量为20 μl。结果：补骨脂素的检测质量浓度线性范围为2.49～39.90 μg/ml；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD＜2.00％；加样回收率范围为97.23％～100.58％，RSD＝1.17％（n＝6）。结论：该方法快速简便、准确可靠，可用于补骨脂-青龙衣酊中补骨脂素的含量测定。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of psoralen in Psoralea-pericarpium juglates liniment. METHODS： HPLC was performed on the column of Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 with mobile phase of methanol-water （60 ∶ 40，V/V）at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min， detection wavelength was 246 nm，column temperature was 25 ℃， and injection volume was 20 μl. RESULTS： The linear range of psoralen was 2.49-39.90 μg/ml； RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2.00％； recovery was 97.23％-100.58％ （RSD＝1.17％，n＝6）. CONCLUSIONS：The method is fast， simple， accurate and reliable， and can be used for the content determination of psoralen in Psoralea-pericarpium juglates liniment. |
