| 摘要： | 目的：系统评价小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效与安全性，以为临床提供循证参考。方法：计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、EMBase、Medline、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库和万方数据库，收集在基础治疗（对照组）上加用小牛血清去蛋白注射液（试验组）治疗脑梗死疗效与安全性的随机对照试验（RCT），对符合纳入标准的研究进行资料提取，并采用Cochrane系统评价手册5.1.0进行质量评价后，采用Rev man 5.2统计软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入18项RCT，合计2 111例患者。Meta分析结果显示，试验组患者的总有效率[OR＝3.30，95％CI（2.48，4.39），P＜0.001]、国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分[MD＝－1.47，95％CI（－2.06，－0.88），P＜0.001]、日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分[MD＝9.09，95％CI（6.46，11.72），P＜0.001]均显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义；两组患者治疗期间未出现明显不良反应。结论：小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效与安全性均较好。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE：To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Deproteinised calf blood serum injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction， and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment.METHODS：Retrieved from Cochrane Library， EMBase， Medline， CBM， CJFD， VIP and Wanfan database， randomized controlled trials （RCT） about theefficacy and safety ofDeproteinised calf blood serum injection （test group） based on basic treatment （control group） in the treatment of cerebral infarction were collected.Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.2 software after data extraction and quality evaluation with Cochrane system evaluation manual 5.1.0.RESULTS： A total of 18 RCTs were included， involving 2 111 patients.Results of Meta-analysis showed the total effective rate [OR＝3.30，95％CI（2.48，4.39），P＜0.001]， National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） score[MD＝－1.47，95％CI（－2.06，－0.88），P＜0.001] and activities of daily living（ADL） score[MD＝9.09，95％CI（6.46，11.72），P＜0.001] in test group were significantly better than control group，there were significant differences between the 2 groups； and there was no obvious adverse reactions during treatment. CONCLUSIONS： Both efficacy and safety of Deproteinised calf blood serum injectionin the treatment of cerebral infarction are good. |
