| 摘要： | 目的：了解上海市4家医改试点医院门诊患者对“医药分开”政策的满意度，为该政策在上海市的顺利推广实施提供参考。方法：采用问卷调查和访谈的方式，在上海市已实行“医药分开”的4家新建郊区三级医院随机抽取部分门诊患者进行调查，并运用Excel和SPSS19.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果：共发放问卷400份，回收有效问卷368份，有效回收率为94.3％。受访患者对“医药分开”政策知晓率为81.3％；55.5％的受访患者认为“医药分开”政策对节省医药费用的效果不明显；受访患者对医疗服务总体满意度为91.6％，其中满意度维度最高的为服务态度，最低的为医疗费用。结论：“医药分开”政策在一定程度上降低了医药费用，对患者就诊分流起到了一定的引导作用，患者对该项政策具有较好的满意度。建议通过优化检查流程、缩短等候检查的时间，加强药品价格监管、规范药品生产流通过程，提高基本药物使用率、促进临床合理用药等措施，进一步提高患者就医的满意度。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE：To investigate the satisfaction degree of outpatients on policy of separation of clinical pharmacy from 4 third grade hospitals in Shanghai， and provide reference for promoting medical reform policy. METHODS： Parts of outpatients in the 4 new suburb third grade hospitals were investigated by the questionnaire and interview in Shanghai city， and the data was statistically analyzed by Excel software and SPSS 19.0 software. RESULTS： Totally 400 questionnaires were sent out and 368 were valid with effective recovery of 94.3％. The awareness rate of medical separation policy was 81.3％ in the outpatients； 55.5％ of outpatients thought that medicine cost savings effect was not obvious； the overall satisfaction of patients was 91.6％， and the highest of satisfaction was the service attitude and the lowest was medical expenses. CONCLUSIONS：Policy of separation of clinical pharmacy has reduced the medical expenses， guided the triage treatment of patients partly and improved the satisfaction of patients. It is suggested to shorten the waiting time by optimizing examination process， strengthen price regulation in drug， standardize production and distribution process， improve use rate of essential medicines and promote clinical rational drug use for further improvement of satisfaction. |
