摘要: 目的:为提高静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)成品输液的分拣效率提供参考。方法:介绍我院DisMed System 8000成品输液智能分拣系统(以下简称“自动分拣系统”)的设备组成及工作流程,比较自动分拣系统使用前和使用后日均分拣工作量、平均每袋成品输液所需分拣时间、分拣工作强度(如人均每日步行数等)、分拣差错、临床科室满意度及药师药学服务质量等指标的变化,评价自动分拣系统对我院PIVAS成品输液分拣工作的影响。结果:自动分拣系统使用后,日均分拣工作量无明显变化,但平均每袋成品输液所需分拣时间缩短5.56 s(64.13%),人均每日步行数下降22.12%,总差错率下降86.48%,临床各科室对PIVAS的满意度提升了11.86%;平均每日药师医嘱审核率、不合理医嘱干预成功率、临床走访频率、解答临床咨询的例数分别提升25.62%、42.71%、300.00%、189.74%。结论:自动分拣系统使用后,我院PIVAS工作环境更舒适,流程更优化,实现了高效率、低差错,将药师从烦琐的分拣工作中解放出来,提高了药学服务质量,推动了PIVAS自动化建设。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for improving the sorting effciency of finished infusion in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services (PIVAS). METHODS: The composition of DisMed System 8000 automatic sorting system (“automatic sorting system” for short) and its working process in our hospital were introduced. The changes of the daily average sorting workload before and after the application of automatic sorting system, the average sorting time of each bag of finished infusion, the sorting work intensity (eg. the number of daily walking per capita), the sorting error, the clinical department satisfaction and the quality of pharmacists’ pharmaceutical care were compared to evaluate the effects of automatic sorting system on finished infusion sorting in PIVAS of our hospital. RESULTS: After the automatic sorting system was used, the daily average sorting workload did not change significantly; however, the average time required for sorting each bag of finished infusion was shortened by 5.56 s (64.13%); the number of daily walking per capita decreased by 22.12%; the total error rate decreased by 86.48%; satisfaction of clinical departments to PIVAS increased by 11.86%; the pharmacists’ medical record examination rate, unreasonable medical intervention success rate, the times of clinical visits and case number of answers to consultations increased by 25.62%, 42.71%, 300.00% and 189.74%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The application of automatic sorting system makes the environment more comfortable and the process is optimized. High efficiency and low error rate are realized. It also liberates the pharmacist, improves the quality of pharmaceutical care and promotes automatic construction of PIVAS.
