TITLE：
摘要：	目的：构建医院药品不良反应快速上报信息化系统综合评价指标体系。方法：应用德尔菲法，向29名相关专家发放两轮评价表，确立评价指标体系。结果：两轮评价表回收率均为100％，总体专家权威程度0.86，所有指标重要程度评分均数＞3.5，大部分指标的变异系数＜0.2，协调系数经χ2检验有显著性。最终建立的评价指标体系包括一级指标3个[结构指标（权重0.336 8）、系统指标（权重0.341 9）、效果指标（权重0.321 3）]、二级指标11个（如报表数量和质量等）、三级指标43个（如上报一份报表的时间变化情况等）。结论：建立的医院药品不良反应快速上报信息化系统实用可靠，专家积极性高、协调性好、可信度高；本研究初步构建了不良反应快速上报信息化系统综合评价指标体系。
ABSTRACT：	OBJECTIVE： To construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of ADR rapid reporting information system in hospital. METHODS： The index system was determined by Delphi method for sending two rounds evaluation tables to 29 related experts. RESULTS： The recoveries of two rounds of evaluation tables were 100％. Total degree of expert authorities was 0.86， and mean value of important degree of all indexes was more than 3.5. The variation coefficient of most indexes was less than 0.2. The coordination coefficient was significant by χ2 test. The final evaluation index system included 3 first-order indexes [structural index （weight 0.336 8）， system index （weight 0.341 9） and effect index （weight 0.321 3）]， 11 second-order indexes （numbers and quality of reports， etc） and 43 third-order indexes （time change of updating one report）. CONCLUSIONS： Establish hospital ADR rapid reporting information system is feasible and reliable. Enthusiasm， coordination and reliability of the experts are good. Comprehensive evaluation system of ADR rapid reporting information system in hospital has been set up primarily.
