苗药妇肤康喷雾剂的HPLC指纹图谱研究

| 摘要： | 目的：建立苗药妇肤康喷雾剂的高效液相色谱（HPLC）指纹图谱。方法：色谱柱为Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18，流动相为乙腈-0.2％冰醋酸（梯度洗脱），检测波长为262 nm，流速为0.6 mL/min，柱温为25 ℃，进样量为10 μL。以6′ -羟基-爵床定B为参照，绘制10批样品的HPLC图谱，采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件（2004 A版），对10批样品进行相似度评价，确定10批样品的共有峰。采用建立的方法测定10批样品中6′ -羟基-爵床定B和爵床定B的含量。结果：10批样品的HPLC指纹图谱有12个共有峰，相似度均大于0.90，其HPLC指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱具有较好的一致性。10批样品中6′ -羟基-爵床定B和爵床定B含量分别为1.64～5.84、0.83～2.78 mg/100 mL。结论：建立的方法操作简便，结果准确可靠，可为妇肤康喷雾剂的质量评价提供参考。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To establish HPLC fingerprint of Miao medicine Fufukang spray. METHODS： The determination was performed on Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2％ glacial acetic acid （gradient elution） at the flow rate of 0.6 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 262 nm， and column temperature was 25 ℃. The sample size was 10 μL. Using 6′ -hydroxyl-justicidin B as reference control， HPLC chromatograms of 10 batches of samples were drawn. Similarity evaluation system software （2004 A edition） of TCM fingerprint was used to evaluate the similarity and determine common peaks of 10 batches of samples. The established method was used to determine the contents of 6′ -hydroxyl-justicidin B and justicidin B in 10 batches of samples. RESULTS： There were 12 common peaks in HPLC fingerprints of 10 batches of samples with similarity＞0.90. HPLC fingerprint showed a good consistency with the control fingerprint. The contents of 6′ -hydroxyl- justicidin B and justicidin B in 10 batches of samples were 1.64-5.84， 0.83-2.78 mg/100 mL， respectively. CONCLUSIONS： The established method is simple， accurate， reliable and suitable for quality evaluation of Fufukang spray. |
