| 摘要: | 火麻仁油是火麻仁的核心药效部位,包括脂肪酸及其酯类(如亚油酸、亚麻酸甲酯等)、生育酚类(如α-生育酚、β-生育酚等)、多酚类(如咖啡酸、槲皮素等)、大麻素类(如大麻二酚酸、大麻酚等)等多种活性成分。药理研究显示,火麻仁油具有抗氧化与抗衰老、降血脂与抗动脉粥样硬化、神经保护、抗炎、调节肠道微生态、改善肠黏膜屏障功能等作用,其作用机制涉及清除自由基、激活内源性抗氧化酶、改善中枢胆碱能系统功能、减轻神经炎症反应、调控炎症因子平衡、干预炎症信号通路、优化肠道菌群结构等。未来可针对火麻仁油的化学成分特点,构建“化学成分群-多靶点药效”关联网络,并拓展其在慢性疾病中的药效评价,从而推动其深度开发及临床转化。 |
| ABSTRACT: | Hemp seed oil serves as the core pharmacodynamic part of hemp seed, containing various active constituents including fatty acids and their esters (such as linoleic acid, methyl linolenate, etc.), tocopherols (such as α -tocopherol, β -tocopherol, etc.), polyphenols (such as caffeic acid, quercetin, etc.), and cannabinoids (such as cannabidiolic acid, cannabinol, etc.). Pharmacological studies demonstrate that hemp seed oil exerts anti-oxidation and anti-aging, blood-lipid-lowering and anti-atherosclerotic, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory effects, as well as functions in regulating intestinal microecology and improving intestinal mucosal barrier function. Its mechanisms are related to scavenging free radicals, activating endogenous antioxidant enzymes, improving the function of central cholinergic system, mitigating neuroinflammatory responses, regulating the balance of inflammatory factors, interfering with inflammatory signaling pathways, and optimizing the structure of intestinal microbiota. In future studies, a correlation network of “chemical component group-multi-target pharmacodynamic effect” can be constructed according to the chemical characteristics of hemp seed oil, and its pharmacodynamic evaluation for chronic diseases can be expanded, so as to promote its in-depth development and clinical transformation. |
