目的:研究常用透皮吸收促进剂对盐酸西替利嗪(CET)经皮渗透性能的影响。方法:采用改良Franz 扩散池,以pH 7.4 的

磷酸盐缓冲液为接收液,以累积透过量为指标,考察氮酮(0.06%~2.5%)、油酸(0.5%~10%)、1,3-丙二醇(0.5%~10%)、丙三醇

(0.5%~5%)等常用透皮吸收促进剂对CET透过离体小鼠腹部皮肤的影响。结果:1,3-丙二醇对CET无促渗作用;CET在0.06%氮

酮、0.5%油酸、1%丙三醇中的24 h 累积透过量均属同类型中最高,分别为227.94、85.25、215.15 μg/cm2。结论:促渗作用强弱依次

为氮酮>丙三醇>油酸>1,3-丙二醇。其中,氮酮、丙三醇促渗作用较好。

ABSTRACT:

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of common percutaneous enhancers on transdermal permeability of cetirizine hydrochloride(

CET). METHODS:Using pH 7.4 phosphate buffer as receiving solution,accumulative permeation rate as index,modified

Franz diffusion cell was used to investigate the effects of common percutaneous enhancers on transdermal permeability of

CET in skin of abdomen isolated from mice,such as azone(0.06%-2.5%),oleic acid(0.5%-10%),1,3-propanediol(0.5%-

10%),propanetriol(0.5%-5%). RESULTS:1,3- propanediol had no improvement effect on the permeability of CET. 24 h accumulative

permeation amount of CET in 0.06% azone,0.5% oleic acid and 1% propanetriol were the highest among same types,

being 227.94,85.25 and 215.15 μg/cm2,respectively. CONCLUSIONS:Of four percutaneous enhancers,the transdermal enhancing

efficiencies from high to low are azone>glycerol>oleic acid>1,3-propanediol. Azone and glycerol have the conspicuous penetration

enhancing effects.
