元胡止痛滴丸联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染儿童再发性腹痛的临床观察

| 摘要： | 目的：观察元胡止痛滴丸联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染儿童再发性腹痛（RAP）的疗效和安全性。方法：100例Hp感染RAP患儿随机分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例）。对照组患儿给予奥美拉唑肠溶片0.5 mg/（kg·d），口服，每日2次+阿莫西林胶囊50 mg/（kg·d），口服，q8 h+克拉霉素片20 mg/（kg·d），口服， 每日2次 [若对青霉素过敏改用甲硝唑片20 mg/（kg·d），口服， 每日3次]；观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上给予元胡止痛滴丸 15 丸，温开水冲服，每日3次。两组疗程均为2周。观察两组患儿的临床疗效、Hp根除率、治疗前后临床症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果：100例患儿均完成治疗，无患儿失访。观察组患儿总有效率、Hp根除率均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患儿临床症状积分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患儿临床症状积分均显著低于同组治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：元胡止痛滴丸联合三联疗法治疗Hp感染儿童RAP的疗效和安全性均较好，可提高Hp根除率。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficacy and safety of Yuanhu zhitong dropping pill combined with triple therapy in the treatment of recurrent abdominal pain in children with Hp infection. METHODS： 100 Hp infection children with recurrent abdominal pain were randomly divided into control group （50 cases） and observation group （50 cases）. Control group received Omeprazole enteric-coated tablet 0.5 mg/（kg·d）， twice a day+Amoxicillin capsule 50 mg/（kg·d）， orally， q8 h+Clarithromycin tablet 20 mg/（kg·d）， orally， twice a day [if someone was allergic to penicillin， then Metronidazole tablet 20 mg/（kg·d） was orally given， 3 times a day]. Observation group was additionally given 15 Yuanhu zhitong dropping pills with hot water， 3 times a day. The treatment course for 2 groups was 2 weeks. Clinical efficacy， Hp eradication rate， clinical symptom score before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS： 100 cases completed the treatment， no children lost to follow-up. Total effective rate， Hp eradication rate in observation group were significantly higher than control group， with statistic significance （P＜0.05）. Before treatment， there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score （P＞0.05）. After treatment， the clinical symptom scores in 2 groups were significantly lower than before， and observation group was lower than control group， with statistic significances （P＜0.05）. And there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions （P＞0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Yuanhu zhitong dropping pill combined with triple therapy shows good efficacy and safety in the treatment of recurrent abdominal pain in children with Hp infection， it can improve the Hp eradication rate. |
