| 摘要： | 目的：探讨康复新液联合利多卡因辅助氧疗对复发性口腔溃疡患者疗效及相关指标的影响。方法：80例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例）。两组患者均给予氧疗。在此基础上，对照组患者给予盐酸利多卡因凝胶2 g，涂抹覆盖溃疡黏膜表面，每日1次。观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用康复新液10 ml，口含5 min后服下，30 min内禁食禁漱口，每日3次。两组疗程均为7 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效、溃疡愈合时间、治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平、随访6个月的复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组，溃疡愈合时间显著短于对照组，复发率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平显著高于同组治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：康复新液联合利多卡因辅助氧疗用于复发性口腔溃疡的疗效显著，可有效缓解症状体征，加快溃疡愈合进程，改善免疫功能，降低复发率，且安全性较好。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficacy and related indicators of Kangfuxin lipid combined with lidocaine assisted with oxygen therapy on the efficacy and related indicators of patients with recurrent oral ulcer. METHODS： 80 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into control group （40 cases） and observation group （40 cases）. All patients were given oxygen therapy. Based on it， control group received Lidocaine hydrochloride gel 2 g， smearing and covering the mucosal ulceration surface， once a day. Observation group was additionally given Kangfuxin lipid 10 ml， taking after 5 min in mouth， no food and no gargling within 30 min， 3 times a day. The 2 groups were treated for 7 d. The clinical efficacy， ulcer healing time， and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment， recurrence of 6 months follow-up and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group， ulcer healing time was significantly shorter than control group， recurrence rate was significantly lower than control group， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）. After treatment， the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in 2 groups were significantly higher than before， and observation group was higher than control group， with statistical significances （P＜0.05）. And there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups （P＞0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Kangfuxin lipid combined with lidocaine assisted with oxygen therapy shows significant efficacy in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer， it can effectively relieve symptoms and signs， accelerate the healing process of ulcers， improve immune system function and reduce recurrence rate， with good safety. |
