TITLE:
摘要: 目的:为提高《制药设备与车间设计》课程教学效果提供参考。方法:采用任务驱动型教学并借鉴CIDO工程教育模式,围绕从“构思到运行”设计学习任务,以任务为主线;并采用个人和小组的交叉学习、中试平台的应用以及设计课程的展开等实施方法,采用形成性评价的方式,多层次开展理论和教学探索与实践。结果与结论:改变了以往偏重于教师课堂讲授为主的教学方法,让每位学生参与多任务学习,学生对制药过程中的设备选用及车间设计的理解与应用掌握得更好。该方法能充分发挥学生的学习主观能动性和创造性,有利于培养学生适应制药产业发展的综合能力。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the improvement of Pharmaceutical Equipment & Workshop Design teaching. METHODS: Task-driven teaching was adopted, CIDO engineering educational model was referred to, task was designed from the conception to run with task-based; theoretical and teaching exploration and practice was carried out by cross-learning of individuals and groups, applying of pilotscale experiment platform, developing course design and forming evaluation. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: It changed the traditional teaching method that emphasized on class teaching to make students participate in multi-task learning, so that students can better grasp the equipment selection, understanding and application of workshop design in pharmaceutical process. The method gives full play to students' initiative and creativity and it is conducive to students’ comprehensive ability for adapting the development of pharmaceutical industry.
