| 摘要： | 目的：建立测定溪黄草药材中迷迭香酸含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-SP C18，流动相为乙腈-0.4％磷酸（梯度洗脱），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为327 nm，柱温为25 ℃，进样量为10 μl。结果：迷迭香酸的检测质量浓度线性范围为5.039～100.776 μg/ml（r＝0.999 6）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD＜3％；迷迭香酸的加样回收率为99.53％～104.86％（RSD＝2.06％，n＝9）。结论：该方法操作简单、重复性好、准确度高，可用于测定溪黄草药材中迷迭香酸的含量。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for rosmarinic acid in Herba Rabdosiae Serrae. METHODS： HPLC method was performed on the column of Inertsil ODS-SP C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4％ phosphoric acid （gradient elution） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min， the detection wavelength was 327 nm， column temperature was 25 ℃， and injection volume 10 μl. RESULTS：The linear range of rosmarinic acid was 5.039-100.776 μg/ml（r＝0.999 6），RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3％； recovery was 99.53-104.38％（RSD＝2.06％，n＝9）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple with good reproducibility and high accuracy， and can be used for the content determination of rosmarinic acid in Herba Rabdosiae Serrae. |
