| 摘要： | 目的：建立测定复方黄葛降糖片中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法：采用超高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Acquity UPLC BEH C18，流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸（21 ∶ 79，V/V），流速为0.3 ml/min，检测波长为345 nm，柱温为30 ℃，进样量为1.0 μl。结果：盐酸小檗碱检测进样量线性范围为0.008 16～0.081 6 μg（r＝0.999 9）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD＜1％；加样回收率为97.05％～98.96％（RSD＝0.66％，n＝6） 。结论：该方法操作简便，精密度、稳定性、重复性好，可用于复方黄葛降糖片中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Fufang huangge jiangtang tablet. METHODS： UPLC was performed on the column of Acquity UPLC BEH C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1％ H3PO4（21 ∶ 79，V/V） at flow rate of 0.3 ml/min， the detection wavelength was 345 nm， column temperature was 30℃， and the volume injection was 1.0 μl. RESULTS: The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.008 16-0.081 6 μg（r＝0.999 9）； RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility were lower than 1％； average recovery was 97.05％-98.96％（RSD＝0.66％，n＝6）. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple， precise， stablity and reproducible， and can be used for the quality control of Fufang huangge jiangtang tablet. |
