TITLE：
摘要：	目的：系统评价独活寄生汤联合化学药治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的疗效，为临床提供循证参考。方法：计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、EMBase，纳入独活寄生汤联合化学药（试验组）对比单用化学药（对照组）治疗AS的随机对照试验（RCT），提取资料并评价质量，采用Rev Man 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入6项RCT，合计382例患者。Meta分析结果显示，试验组患者有效率[RR＝1.35，95％CI（1.20，1.52），P＜0.001]、中医症候改善率[RR＝1.31，95％CI（1.09，1.57），P＝0.004]显著高于对照组，C反应蛋白（CRP）水平[MD＝－6.18，95％CI（－8.49，－3.87），P＜0.001]显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义。结论：独活寄生汤联合化学药治疗AS疗效优于单用化学药，可以改善患者中医症候，降低CRP水平。
ABSTRACT：	OBJECTIVE： To systematically review the efficacy of Duhuo jisheng decoction combined with chemical medicines in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis （AS）， and to provide reference for clinical treatment. METHODS： Retrieved from CBM， CJFD， VIP， Wanfang Database，PubMed and EMBase， randomized controlled trials （RCT） about Duhuo jisheng decoction combined with chemical medicines （test group） versus chemical medicines alone （control group） in the treatment of AS were collected， Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.3 software after data extraction and quality evaluation. RESULTS： Totally 6 RCTs were included， involving 382 patients. Results of Meta-analysis showed， the total effective rate [RR＝1.35，95％CI（1.20，1.52）， P＜0.001]， improvement rate of TCM symptoms [RR＝1.31，95％CI（1.09，1.57），P＝0.004） in test group were significantly higher than control group，and CRP level was lower than contxol group[MD＝－6.18， 95％CI（－8.49，－3.87），P＜0.001]，the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS： Duhuo jisheng decoction combined with chemical medicines shows better efficacy than chemical medicines alone， it can improve the TCM symptoms and decrease the CRP level.
