摘要: | 目的:建立同时测定乳腺康注射液中莪术油的莪术二酮、吉马酮、呋喃二烯含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为 Zorbax SB-C18,流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 ml/min ,检测波长为216 nm,柱温为30 ℃,进样量为10 μl。结果:莪术二酮、吉马酮、呋喃二烯的检测质量浓度线性范围分别为60~480、40~320、40~320 μg/ml(r均为0. 999 0);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<2.0%;莪术二酮、吉马酮、呋喃二烯的加样回收率分别为95.21%~99.89%、102.33%~104.89%、97.38%~99.06%,RSD分别为1.6%、1.0%、0.7%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于同时测定乳腺康注射液中莪术油的莪术二酮、吉马酮、呋喃二烯含量。 |
ABSTRACT: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of curdione, germacrone and furanodiene of zedoray turmeric oil in Ruxiankang injection. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Zorbax SB-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (gradient elution) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, detection wavelength was 216 nm, column temperature was 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS: The linear range was 60-480 μg/ml for curdione(r=0.999 0),40-320 μg/ml for germacrone (r=0.999 0) and 40-320 μg/ml(r=0.999 0); RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2.0%; recoveries were 95.21%-99.89%(RSD=1.6%,n=6),102.33%-104.89%(RSD=1.0%,n=6) and 97.38%-99.06% (RSD=0.7%,n=6), respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for simultaneous contents determination of curdione, germacrone and furanodiene of zedoray turmeric oil in Ruxiankang injection. |
