摘要: 目的:对比研究部分先煎、后下类中药饮片及制成煮散后进行煎煮的效果,为简化传统的煎煮方法、推动中药汤剂的剂型改革提供参考。方法:选取3味先煎药(珍珠母、龟甲、鳖甲)、7味后下药(大黄、钩藤、杏仁、番泻叶、肉桂、砂仁、徐长卿)为研究对象,将其制成煮散后煎煮,对比分析其煮散与饮片传统煎煮水煎液中有效成分的含量及得膏率;另对2味挥发油含量较高的后下药砂仁与肉桂进行煮散与饮片挥发油提取率的对比研究。结果:先煎药制成煮散后,在加10倍水、煎煮1次、煎煮时间仅10 min的情况下,其水煎液的干膏率均不低于饮片传统煎煮(80 min);后下药制成煮散后,其中大黄、钩藤、杏仁的有效成分含量和得膏率均是饮片传统煎煮的2倍以上,砂仁与肉桂制成煮散后60 min的挥发油提取率均大于其饮片240 min的提取率。结论:部分先煎、后下类中药饮片制成煮散后入药不但可节省药材,而且可简化煎煮程序,既方便患者使用,又节省能源。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To study the decoction effect of some TCM decoction piece which should be decocted firstly or at the last with the decoction powders comparatively, so as to simplify the traditional decoction method and provide reference for dosage form reform study of herbal medicine decoction. METHODS: 3 ingredients of TCM decoction piece (Margaritifera concha, Testudinis carapax et plastrum, Trionycis carapax) which should be decocted firstly and 7 ingredients (Rhei radix et rhizoma, Uncariae ramulus cum uncis, Armeniacae semen amarum, Sennae folium, Cinnamomi cortex, Amomi fructus, Cynanchi paniculati radix et rhizoma) decocted at the last were chosen as the research objects, and then decocted after being made into the decoction of boiling powder. The content of active component and extract yield were compared and analyzed between the decoction powder and the decoction pieces; the extraction rate of volatile oil from decoction powder and decoction pieces were compared between Amomi fructus and Cinnamomi cortex which were decocted at the last and contained large amount of volatile oil. RESULTS: TCM decoction piece which should be decocted firstly was made into decoction powder and then added into 10 times of water for decocting 10 min for one time, and extract yield of its decoction was not less than that of traditional decoction piece (80 min). After TCM decoction piece which should be decocted at the last was made into decoction powder, the contents of active components and extract yield in Rhei radix et rhizoma, Uncariae ramuius cum uncis, Armeniacae semen amarum, were 2 times much as that of traditional decoction pieces; the extract rate of volatile oil from decoction powder of Amomi fructus and Cinnamomi cortex within 60 min were higher than those of their decoction pieces within 240 min. CONCLUSIONS: On the one hand, some TCM decoction pieces which should be decocted firstly or at the last, made into decoction powder can save herbal medicines; on the other hand, decoction powder can simplify the decoction program, is easy for patients to use, and saves the energy.
