摘要: 目的:研究参芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病模型大鼠血糖血脂的改善作用及其量效关系。方法:将90只大鼠随机分为正常组(12只,给予水)和实验组(78只),实验组大鼠以高脂饮食+ip链尿佐菌素复制2型糖尿病模型,造模成功后取60只大鼠随机分为模型组(水)、阳性对照组(罗格列酮片,0.04 mg/100 g)和参芪降糖颗粒低、中、高剂量组(0.025、0.05、0.1 g/100 g,分别记为SL、SM、SH组),ig给药,每天1次,连续30 d。测定大鼠体质量、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)、空腹C肽和血清中尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠体质量减少,BUN、FBG、Fins、TC、TG水平升高,空腹C肽、HDL-C水平降低(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,各给药组大鼠血清中BUN、FBG、Fins、TC、TG水平降低,空腹C肽、HDL-C水平升高;阳性对照组和SM、SH组大鼠体质量增加(P<0.05)。与SL组比较,阳性对照组及SM、SH组大鼠FBG、Fins、TC、TG、LDL-C水平降低,空腹C肽水平升高;阳性对照组和SH组大鼠BUN水平降低,HDL-C水平升高(P<0.05)。与SM组比较,阳性对照组及SH组大鼠TG、LDL-C水平降低,HDL-C水平升高;SH组大鼠FBG、Fins 、TC水平降低,空腹C肽水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:参芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂有一定的改善作用,并呈现一定的量效关系。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To study the improvement effect of Shenqi jiangtang granules on blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic model rats and its dose-effect relationship. METHODS: 90 rats were randomly divided into normal group (water, 12 rats) and experimental group (78 rats). The experimental group was given high fat diet and streptozotocin intraperitoneally to induce type 2 diabetic model, and 60 model rats were randomly divided into model group (water), positive control group (Rosiglitazone tablet, 0.04 mg/100 g), Shenqi jiangtang granule low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose groups (0.025, 0.05 and 0.1 g/100 kg, SL, SM and SH groups); they were given relevant medicine intragastrically once a day for 30 days. The body weight, fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (Fins), fasting C-peptide and serum levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), total cholesterol (TC), glycerin trilaurate (TG), LDL-C and HDL-C were determined. RESULTS: Compared with normal group, body weight, fasting C-peptide and HDL-C decreased in model group, while BUN, FBG, Fins, TC and TG increased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, the levels of BUN, FBG, Fins, TC and TG decreased in treatment groups while fasting C-peptide and HDL-C increased; body weight of rats increased in positive group, SM and SH groups (P<0.05). Compared with SL group, the levels of FBG, Fins, TC, TG and LDL-C decreased in positive group, SM and SH groups, while the level of fasting C-peptide increased; the level of BUN decreased in positive control group and SH group, while HDL-C increased (P<0.05). Compared with SM group, the levels of TG and LDL-C decreased in positive control group and SH group, while HDL-C level increased; the levels of FBG, Fins and TC decreased in SH group, while the level of fasting C-peptide increased (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Shenqi jiangtang granules can improve blood glucose and lipid in type 2 diabetic model rats in a dose-dependent manner.
