摘要: 目的:建立较为完善的以问题为导向(PBL)的教学模式,为提高临床药学带教水平提供参考。方法:通过专家咨询法建立PBL教学模式,以1例重度心力衰竭伴利尿药抵抗患者的临床药师会诊为例,将其应用于重庆医科大学附属第一医院2015级临床药师规范化培训中,并评价PBL教学模式的效果。结果:PBL教学模式能显著提高学生分析病例的能力。结论:所建立的PBL教学模式全面、系统、客观,能显著提高学员素质和临床药师带教水平。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To establish a more improved problem-based learning(PBL) teaching mode and provide reference for the improvement of teaching level in clinical pharmacy teaching. METHODS: PBL teaching mode was established by expert consulting. A case of consultation on a severe heart failure patient with diuretic resistance was used for the standardized training of clinical pharmacist students in class of 2015 in the First Affiliated of chongqing Medical University and the evaluation of PBL teaching method effect. RESULTS: PBL teaching mode could significantly improve the case analysis ability of students. CONCLUSIONS: The established PBL teaching mode is comprehensive, systematic and objective, and can significantly improve the quality of students and teaching level of clinical pharmacists.
