摘要: | 结直肠癌是全球癌症死亡的主要原因之一。特定的肠道菌群可用于筛查结直肠癌高危人群,并通过调控细胞凋亡、生成肠道代谢产物及提高化疗效果(减少不良反应、改善化疗耐药性)等方式延缓疾病的进展。以人参皂苷K为代表的皂苷类化合物广泛存在于人参、三七等多种中药之中,经由肠道菌群转化后,通过调控慢性肠炎癌变、调节肠道菌群组成、生成肠道菌群代谢产物并参与免疫调节等途径发挥防治结直肠癌的作用。 |
ABSTRACT: | Colorectal cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Specific gut microbiota can identify high-risk populations for colorectal cancer and may slow disease progression by regulating apoptosis, producing intestinal metabolites, and enhancing chemotherapy efficacy (reducing side effects and improving chemotherapy resistance). Saponins represented by ginsenoside K are found widely in traditional medicines such as Panax ginseng and Panax notoginseng. After metabolized by gut microbiota, they play a role in preventing and treating colorectal cancer by modulating chronic inflammation, adjusting the composition of gut microbiota, generating microbial metabolites, and participating in immune regulation. |
