TITLE: Visualization analysis of related research on wine processing of Chinese medicine at home and abroad
摘要: 目的 分析中药酒制的研究现状和研究热点,为中药酒制的未来研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网和WebofScience核心合集数据库中有关中药酒制研究的文献,运用VOSviewer1.6.18及CiteSpace6.1.R2软件对核心作者、研究机构及关键词等内容进行可视化分析。结果经筛选,最终纳入中文文献962篇,英文文献57篇。2000-2022年间,有关中药酒制的中、英文文献发文量总体呈上升趋势,张学兰、CaiBC(蔡宝昌)分别是中、英文文献发文量最多的作者;研究机构主要为中医药类高校,成都中医药大学、南京中医药大学分别是中、英文文献发文量最多的研究机构;中、英文文献关键词分析显示,中药酒制的研究内容主要集中在酒制品种、化学成分、酒制工艺、质量标准等方面,响应面法、色度值、代谢组学及作用机制是当前的研究热点。结论中药酒制的相关研究仍处于发展时期,利用响应面法优选酒制工艺、利用代谢组学结合其他组学等相关技术揭示中药酒制药效作用机制仍是未来的发展趋势。今后应进一步加强机构间的合作,同时应加强辅料用酒的相关研究,并建立相关酒制品种的工艺及质量标准,利用好现代化分析手段研究中药酒制增效机制,从而推进中药酒制的现代化、国际化进程。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To analyze the research status and hotspots of wine processing of Chinese medicine, and to provide reference for its related research. METHODS Related literature about wine processing research in Chinese medicine was retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science (WOS). VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 6.1.1R2 software were used to visualize the core authors, research institutions, keywords, and other contents. RESULTS A total of 962 Chinese literature and 57 English literature were included in the study. In total, the trend in the amount of Chinese and English literature was on the rise during 2000-2022. The analysis of the authors showed that ZHANG Xuelan and CAI Baochang had the most publications in Chinese and English literature. Research institutions were mainly Chinese medicine universities, and Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were the research institutions with the largest number of Chinese and English literature published. The analysis of keywords in Chinese and English literature showed that the wine-processing research of Chinese medicine mainly focused on wine-processed varieties, chemical constituents, wine-processed process, and quality standards. Response surface method, chroma value, metabolomics, and action mechanism had become current research hotspots. CONCLUSIONS The related research of wine processing for Chinese medicine is still in the development period. In the future, the response surface method to optimize the wine-processed process and the combination of metabolomics with related technologies of other omics to reveal the pharmacodynamic mechanism of wine processing for Chinese medicine is still the future development trend. In the future, cooperation between institutions should be further strengthened, and research on the use of excipients and alcohol should be strengthened. Modern analytical methods should be utilized to enhance the efficiency of wine processing for Chinese medicine, thereby promoting the modernization and internationalization of wine processing for Chinese medicine.
