| 摘要： | 肠溶性软胶囊是一种在胃内不崩解，而在肠道部位迅速释放药物、发挥药效作用的新型制剂，具有提高药物稳定性、降低药物刺激性、定向输送药物至肠道部位、延长药物作用时间等优势。本文从分解释放机制、应用优势、肠溶包衣材料的分类及制备方法等方面对肠溶性软胶囊进行综述，以期为该剂型的开发提供参考。 |
| ABSTRACT： | Enteric-soluble soft capsule is a kind of new preparation that does not disintegrate in the stomach ，but releases rapidly in the intestinal tract to play a pharmacodynamic role. It has the unique advantages of improving drug stability ，reducing drug irritation ，delivering drugs directionally to the intestinal tract ，and prolonging drug action time. In this paper ，the decomposition and release mechanism ，application advantages ，classification of enteric-soluble coating materials and preparation methods of enteric-soluble soft capsule are sorted and summarized ，in order to provide reference for further development of this type of preparation. |
