目的：建立丹瓜养目膏的高效液相色谱（HPLC）指纹图谱。方法：采用HPLC 法。色谱柱为Kromasil C18，流动相为乙

腈-0.026％磷酸（梯度洗脱），流速为0.8 ml/min，检测波长为270 nm，柱温25 ℃，进样量为20 μl。以橙黄决明素色谱峰为参照峰，

测定10 批丹瓜养目膏的HPLC图谱，采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》（2.0 版）进行共有峰鉴定和相似度评价。结果：10

批丹瓜养目膏有25 个共有峰，相似度均≥0.921。经验证，10 批丹瓜养目膏指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱具有较好的一致性。结论：

所建立的指纹图谱专属性强、结果稳定，可为丹瓜养目膏的质量评价和控制提供依据。

OBJECTIVE：To establish the HPLC fingerprints for Dangua yangmu cream. METHODS：HPLC was performed on

the column of Kromasil C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.026％ phosphoric（gradient elution）at flow rate of 0.8 ml/min，the

detection wavelength was 270 nm，the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the injection volume was 20 μ l. The chromatographic

peak of aurantio-obtusin was used as reference peak to determine the 10 batches of Dangua yangmu cream，and Similarity Evaluation

System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM（version 2.0）was conducted to identify common peaks and evaluate similarity.

RESULTS：There were totally 25 common peaks in the 10 batches of Dangua yangmu cream，and the similarity was not lower

than 0.921. The validation results showed the fingerprints of 10 batches of Dangua yangmu cream had good consistency with the reference

fingerprints. COMCLUSIONS：The established method is specific and reliable，and can provide basis for the quality evaluation

and control of Dangua yangmu cream.
