目的：比较腹腔镜联合地诺孕素与腹腔镜联合地诺孕素和中药治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效及安全性。方法：126 例子宫

内膜异位症患者按照随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组，各63 例。对照组患者给予腹腔镜联合地诺孕素（每次25 mg，qd）治疗；

观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加中药方剂治疗。比较两组患者疗效、排卵恢复时间、月经恢复时间、不良反应发生情况、随访2

年复发情况及妊娠情况。结果：观察组患者总有效率（93.65％）显著高于对照组（80.96％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组

患者排卵恢复时间、月经恢复时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者不良反应发生率（9.52％）显著低

于对照组（26.98％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者复发率（4.76％）显著低于对照组（17.46％），差异有统计学意义

（P＜0.05）；2 年随访期内观察组有23 例患者妊娠，明显多于对照组妊娠人数（9 例），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：腹腔镜

联合地诺孕素和中药治疗子宫内膜异位症临床效果较好、安全性较高、复发率较低，患者更容易妊娠。

OBJECTIVE：To compare therapeutic efficacy and safety of laparoscopy combined with dienogest and laparoscopy

combined with dienogest and TCM in the treatment of endometriosis. METHODS：126 endometriosis patients were selected and divided

into control group and observation group，with 63 cases in each group. Control group received combined with dienogest（25 mg/

time，qd）；observation group was additionally given TCM on the basis of control group. Therapeutic efficacy，recovery time of ovulation，

menstrual recovery time and ADR were compared between 2 groups，and recurrence and pregnancy of them were followed up

for 2 years. RESULTS：The total effective rate of observation group（93.65％）was significantly higher than that of control group

（80.96％），with statistical significance（P＜0.05）. The menstrual recovery time and recovery time of ovulation in observation group

were significantly shorter than control group，with statistical significance （P＜0.05）. The incidence of ADR in observation group

（9.52％）was significantly lower than control group（26.98％），with statistical significance（P＜0.05）；the recurrence rate of observation

group（4.76％）was significantly lower than that of control group（17.46％），with statistical significance（P＜0.05）. In 2-year

follow-up，there were 23 pregnancy patients in observation group，which was significantly higher than that of control group（9 cases），

with statistical significance（P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS：Laparoscopy combined with dienogest and TCM in the treatment of

endometriosis have better clinical effect，higher safety and lower recurrence rate. The patients are easily pregnant.
