篇名: 基于数据挖掘分析含白术的成方制剂的组方规律
TITLE:
摘要: 目的:挖掘含白术的成方制剂的组方规律,为白术的现代临床应用及相关新药研发提供参考。方法:收集《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准·中药成方制剂》(以下简称《中药成方制剂》)中含白术的所有成方制剂,将各处方用药、功能主治等信息录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)中,采用该软件的关联规则等数据挖掘方法,对处方中的主治证候和疾病等进行频次统计,并对高频证候和疾病的组方规律进行分析。结果:含白术的成方制剂共561 首,主治证候共118 种,主治疾病共140 种;高频证候为气血两虚证、脾胃气虚证,其高频药物组合分别为八珍汤和四君子汤加减;高频主治疾病为腹泻、月经失调;治疗腹泻的药物组合以异功散为基本方,包含六君子汤、香砂六君子汤;治疗月经不调的药物组合以八珍汤为基本方,包含归芍六君子汤、十全大补汤、八珍益母丸、香附丸。结论:本研究通过大数据客观地呈现了含白术的成方制剂的主治病证和组方规律等,本研究结果可为白术的临床应用及相关的药物研发提供依据。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To mine the prescription rule of set prescription preparation containing Atractylodes macrocephala, and to provide reference for modern clinical application of A. macrocephala and R&D of related new drugs. METHODS: All set prescription preparations containing A. macrocephala were collected from Medicine Standard of Ministry of Health of the people’s Republic of China·TCM Set Prescription Preparation (called TCM Set Prescription Preparation for short). The prescription medication, functions and other information were included into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform (V2.5). The frequency of attending syndromes and attending diseases were analyzed by using the correlation rule of software. The prescription rules of high frequency attending syndromes and diseases were analyzed. RESULTS: There were a total of 561 set prescription preparations containing A. macrocephala, 118 attending syndromes and 140 attending diseases. Among them, high frequency syndromes were syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi. Their high frequency medicine combinations were modified Bazhen tang and Sijunzi tang. High frequency attending diseases were diarrhea and menstruation disorders. Medicine combination for diarrhea was based on Yigong san, including Liujunzi tang and Xiangsha liujunzi tang. Medicine combinations for menstruation disorders were based on Bazhen tang, including Guishao liujunzi tang, Shiquan dabu tang, Bazhen yimu pills and Xiangfu pills.  CONCLUSIONS: The study objectively shows attending syndromes and the prescription rules of set prescription preparations containing A. macrocephala through big data. The study also provides reference for the clinical application and related R&D of A. macrocephala.
