摘要: | 目的:为提高医院冷链药品管理水平、保障冷链药品的质量与安全提供参考。方法:从冷链药品温湿度记录、流通转运流程管理以及储存设备等方面分析某三甲专科医院药品冷链自动监控管理系统建设之前的药品冷链管理情况,总结存在的问题与风险;从软硬件设备、系统架构、监测点及数控的确定、预警机制及条件设置、系统的应用等方面介绍该院新建设的药品冷链自动监控管理系统;对比2017年1-5月人工记录的温湿度(建设前)与2017年6-10月(建设后)新系统监控到的温湿度等情况,评价新系统的建设效果。结果:该院传统冷链药品管理存在冷链药品退货高风险性以及整体监管实时监控性差、监管脱节等诸多问题;药品冷链自动监控管理系统建设后,实现了对医院各监测区域24 h的实时监控,且具有自动记录存储、自动声光报警、短信微信预警功能,可对温湿度记录进行追溯查询;2017年1-5月,人工记录温湿度超标90次,但不能实现预警;2017年6-10月,新系统监控到的温湿度超标预警高达443次。结论:医院药品冷链自动监控管理系统的建设,保障了冷链药品储存的规范、可靠和药品质量的安全、有效。 |
ABSTRACT: | OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for improving cold chain drug management, and guaranting the quality and safety of cold chain drugs. METHODS: The situation of drug cold chain management in a third grade class A special hospital was analyzed from aspect of cold chain drug temperature and humidity records, circulation and transport process management and storage equipment before the establishment of the automatic monitoring management system of drug cold chain. The system problems and risks were summarized. The newly established drug cold-chain automatic monitoring management system in our hospital was introduced from aspect of software and hardware equipment, system architecture, the determination of monitoring stations and numerical control, early warning mechanism and condition setting, the application of the system. The effectiveness of new system was evaluated by comparing the manual record temperature and humidity in the first five months of 2017 (before construction) and newly-built system monitoring record from Jun. to Oct. in 2017 (after construction). RESULTS: The traditional cold-chain drug management in this hospital had a series of problems, such as high risk of cold-chain drug return and poor overall supervision of real-time monitoring, disconnect regulation, etc. The establishment of drug cold chain automatic monitoring management system, had realized 24 hours real-time monitoring of each monitoring area in the hospital. The system could automatically record and store, acousto-optic alarm, send short message and WeChat early warning, and went back to check the temperature and humidity records. It could trace back the temperature and humidity records. In the first five months of 2017, manual record temperature and humidity early-warning was only 90 times, but no warning can be achived; it was up to 443 times from Jun. to Oct. in 2017 monitored by the new system. CONCLUSIONS: The establishment of automatic monitoring and management system of cold chain drug in hospital ensures the standard and reliability of cold chain drug storage, the safety and effectiveness of drug quality. |
