TITLE:
摘要: 目的:研究裸花紫珠有效成分含量与土壤因子的相关性,为裸花紫珠的栽培及适宜生长区的确定提供参考。方法:以海南、广东和广西等地的92份裸花紫珠和对应的土壤为研究对象。采用高效液相色谱法同时测定裸花紫珠中7种有效成分[咖啡酸、连翘酯苷B、木犀草苷、毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(简称“芹菜素糖苷”)和木犀草素]的含量,理化分析法测定土壤pH值及有机质、碱解氮、速效钾、有效磷、交换性钙、交换性镁、有效硫含量等8项因子,应用相关分析、逐步回归分析与灰色关联度分析法对土壤因子和裸花紫珠中有效成分含量的相关性进行综合分析。结果:92份裸花紫珠中7种有效成分含量的变异系数为36.22%~77.42%,92份土壤中8种土壤因子测定值的变异系数为13.70%~87.53%。经相关分析发现,咖啡酸、毛蕊花糖苷含量与速效钾含量呈显著性正相关(P<0.05),连翘酯苷B含量与有机质含量呈显著性负相关(P<0.05),木犀草苷、异毛蕊花糖苷、毛蕊花糖苷、芹菜素糖苷与交换性钙含量呈显著性负相关(P<0.05),木犀草苷、异毛蕊花糖苷含量与有效硫含量呈极显著性负相关(P<0.01),芹菜素糖苷、木犀草素与有效硫含量呈显著性负相关(P<0.05);经逐步回归分析发现,速效钾含量为影响咖啡酸和毛蕊花糖苷含量的主导因子,有效磷含量为影响木犀草素含量的主导因子,有效硫含量为影响木犀草苷、异毛蕊花糖苷含量的主导因子;经灰色关联度分析发现,影响裸花紫珠有效成分含量的主要土壤因子为pH值和速效钾、有机质、碱解氮、有效磷含量。结论:各土壤因子对裸花紫珠中不同有效成分含量的影响不同,速效钾含量为影响裸花紫珠7种有效成分含量的主导因子,其次为有效硫、有效磷和有机质含量。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To study the correlation between the active ingredient content of Callicarpa nudiflora and soil factors, and to provide reference for confirming the cultivation and suitable growth area of C. nudiflora. METHODS: Totally 92 samples of C. nudiflora and corresponding soil from Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi and other places were selected as research subjects. The contents of 7 active ingredients [caffeic acid, forsythoside B, galuteolin, acteoside, isoacanthoside, apigenin-7- O-β-D-glycoside (shorted for apigenin glycoside) and luteolin] in C. nudiflora were determined by HPLC. pH, organic matter, alkaline nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus, exchangeable calcium, exchangeable magnesium and available sulfur of soil were determined by physical and chemical analysis. Correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and gray relational analysis were used to analyze the relationship between soil factors and active ingredients content of C. nudiflora. RESULTS: The variation coefficient of 7 active ingredients content in 92 C. nudiflora was 36.22%-77.42%, and variation coefficient of 8 soil factors in 92 soil was 13.70%-87.53%, i.e. active ingredients content and soil factor of C. nudiflora from different producing areas were different greatly. Through correlation analysis, the contents of caffeic acid and acteoside were positively related with the content of available potassium significantly (P<0.05); the content of forsythiaside B was negatively related with the content of organic matter significantly (P<0.05); the contents of galuteolin, isoacanthoside, acteoside and apigenin glycoside were negatively correlated with the contents of exchangeable calcium significantly (P<0.05); the contents of galuteolin and isoacanthoside were very negatively correlated with the content of available sulfur significantly (P<0.01); the content of luteolin was negatively correlated with the content of available sulfur significantly (P<0.05). Through stepwise regression analysis, the content of caffeic acid and acteoside were dominantly affected by the available potassium; luteolin was dominantly affected by available phosphorus, while galuteolin and isoacteoside were dominantly affected by the available sulfur. Through grey relational analysis, the main influential factors for effective ingredients content of C. nudiflora were pH, available potassium, organic matter, alkaline nitrogen and available phosphorus. CONCLUSIONS: Each soil factor has different effect on the different active ingredients content. The main soil factor that affects the effective ingredient content of C. nudiflora is available potassium, followed by available sulfur, available phosphorus and organic matter.
