消疹止痒喷剂治疗表皮生长因子受体抑制剂相关性皮疹的临床观察

| 摘要： | 目的：观察消疹止痒喷剂治疗表皮生长因子受体抑制剂（EGFRI）相关性皮疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法： 选择2015年5月－2016年5月于我院肿瘤科确诊为恶性肿瘤、接受EGFRI治疗后出现皮疹的患者60例，按患者用药意愿分成试验组（40例）和对照组（20例）。对照组患者不采取任何药物治疗皮疹；试验组患者使用消疹止痒喷剂喷患处，治疗频次由医师根据皮疹分级确定为1级1～2次/d、2级2～3次/d、3级3～5次/d，共治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前后的皮疹分级及改善情况、瘙痒分级及改善情况、生活质量指标调查表（DLQI）评分，以及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗前，两组患者的皮疹和瘙痒分级情况，以及DLQI评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，试验组患者的皮疹和瘙痒分级情况较本组治疗前及对照组均显著好转，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者的皮疹治疗总有效率（67.50％）、瘙痒治疗总有效率（70.00％）均显著高于对照组（分别为20.00％、15.00％），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组患者的DLQI评分显著低于本组治疗前及对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组患者治疗前后的DLQI评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。试验组患者未见明显不良反应发生。结论：消疹止痒喷剂能有效缓解EGFRI相关性皮疹症状，减轻瘙痒感，提高患者生活质量。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaozhen zhiyang spray in the treatment of EGFRI-associated rash. METHODS： A total of 60 malignant tumor patients suffering from rash induced by EGFRI were divided into trial group （40 cases） and control group （20 cases） according to the patient’s willingness. Control group didn’t received any therapy for rash. Trial group received Xiaozhen zhiyang spray for several times a day according to the degree of rash as 1-2 times/d for first degree， 2-3 times/d for second degree， 3-5 times/d for third degree， and the treatment course lasted for 2 weeks. Rash degree and improvement， itching degree and improvement， daily life quality index （DLQI） score before and after treatment as well as the occurrence of ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS： before treatment， there was no statistical significance in rash and itching degree， or DLQI score between 2 groups （P＞0.05）. After treatment， rash and itching degree of trial group were improved significantly compared to before treatment and control group， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）. The total response rates of rash and itching therapy in trial group were significantly higher than control group （67.50％ vs. 20.00％， 70.00％ vs. 15.00％）， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）. DLQI score of trial group was significantly lower than before treatment and control group， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）. There was no statistical significance in DLQI score of control group before and after treatment （P＞0.05）. No obvious ADR was found in trial group. CONCLUSIONS： Xiaozhen zhiyang spray can effectively relieve EGFRI-associated rash and itching as well as improve the quality of life for patients. |
