摘要: 目的:为生物医药类专业人才培养实践教学体系的完善提供参考。方法:以分析高等职业教育的实践教学体系现状为依据,结合生物医药产业发展状况,并借鉴国外成功的职业教育模式,从构成实践教学体系各要素为切入点,突出、强化实践教学硬件和软件,围绕高职学生“以能力为本位,实践教学为主导”的实践能力与职业能力人才培养模式构建实践教学体系。结果:构建了以“三能力、一体两翼式”的实践教学目标体系,“三标准、分层次、模块化”的实践教学内容体系,“制度与机构,软硬管理结合”的规范化管理体系,“递进式实训基地平台、双能型师资队伍”的实践教学支撑体系为基础的生物医药类专业人才培养实践教学体系。结论:该实践教学体系强调培养学生的综合实践能力,可实现学校与政府、社会等的多方共赢,可为生物医药类专业人才培养实践教学体系的完善提供参考。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for improving practical teaching system of biomedical specialty talents training. METHODS: Based on the present situation of practical teaching system in higher vocational education, combined with the development of biomedicine industry, referring to foreign experience about vocational education mode, using the elements of the practice teaching system as the breakthrough points, hardware and software of practical teaching were highlighted and strengthened; the practical teaching system was established from “ability oriented, practical teaching as the leading” practical ability of vocational students and vocational ability talent training mode. RESULTS: The practical teaching system of biomedical specialty talents training was established on the basis of “three-capacity, one body two wings” practical teaching target system, “three standards, hierarchical and modular” practical teaching content system, “system and institutions, hardware and software management” standard management system, “progressive training base platform,dual-level teaching staff”, practical teaching supporting system of talented teacher group. CONCLUSIONS: The practical teaching system strengthen comprehensive practice ability training, can realize win-win between college and government, and of society. It can provide reference for improving practical teaching system of biomedical specialty talents training.
