艾纳香及其伪品假东风草的HPLC指纹图谱研究

| 摘要： | 目的：建立艾纳香及其伪品假东风草的高效液相色谱（HPLC）指纹图谱。方法：采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Uitimate-C18，流动相为乙腈-0.05％磷酸溶液（梯度洗脱），流速为0.6 mL/min，检测波长为270 nm，柱温为25 ℃，进样量为7 μL。以槲皮素为参照物，对16批艾纳香药材和5批假东风草药材采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》（2004 A版）进行共有峰指认和相似度分析。结果：16批艾纳香药材有61个共有峰，相似度为0.931～0.995，明显高于5批假东风草药材的相似度。结论：该研究所建指纹图谱可为艾纳香的鉴别和质量评价提供参考。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To establish the HPLC fingerprint for Blumea balsamifera and its fake B. riparia. METHODS： HPLC was performed on the column of Uitimate-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05％ phosphoric acid （gradient elution） at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min， detection wavelength was 270 nm， column temperature was 25 ℃， and injection volume was 7 μL. Using quercetin as a reference， Similarity Evaluation Software for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine （2004 A edition）was used for the common peaks identification and similarity analysis of 16 batches of B. balsamifera and 5 batches of B. riparia. RESULTS： There were 61 common peaks in the 16 batches of B. balsamifera， similarity degree was 0.931-0.995， which was higher than the similarity degree of 5 batches of B. riparia. CONCLUSIONS： The established fingerprint can provide reference for the identification and quality evaluation of B. balsamifera. |
