| 摘要： | 目的：建立同时测定桑杏口服液中芦丁、橙皮苷、牛蒡苷、甘草苷含量的方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Kromasil C18，流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液（梯度洗脱），流速为1.0 mL/min，检测波长为 276 、348 nm，柱温为30 ℃，进样量为5 μL。结果：芦丁、橙皮苷、牛蒡苷、甘草苷检测质量浓度线性范围分别为1.068～10.68 μg/mL（r＝0.999 3）、9.320～93.20 μg/mL（r＝0.999 2）、46.91～469.1 μg/mL（r＝0.999 4）、0.511 0～5.110 μg/mL（r＝0.999 2）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD＜3％；加样回收率分别为95.10％～101.90％（RSD＝2.1％，n＝9）、96.75％～101.80％（RSD＝1.4％，n＝9）、95.69％～100.00％（RSD＝1.5％，n＝9）、98.22％～104.60％（RSD＝2.1％，n＝9）。结论：该方法准确、灵敏、重复性好，可用于桑杏口服液中芦丁、橙皮苷、牛蒡苷、甘草苷含量的同时测定。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of rutin， hesperidin， arctiin， liquiritin and glycyrrhizinate in Sangxing oral liquid. METHODS： RP-HPLC was performed on the column of Kromasil C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1％ phosphoric acid solution（gradient elution） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min， the detection wavelength was 276， 348 nm， column temperature was 30 ℃，and the injection volume was 5 μL. RESULTS： The linear range was 1.068-10.68 μg/mL（r＝0.999 3） for rutin， 9.320-93.20 μg/mL（r＝0.999 2） for hesperidin， 46.91-469.1 μg/mL（r＝0.999 4） for arctiin， 0.511 0-5.110 μg/mL（r＝0.999 2） for liquiritin； RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were less than 3％；recoveries were 95.10％-101.90％（RSD＝2.1％，n＝9），96.75％-101.80％（RSD＝1.4％，n＝9），95.69％-100.00％（RSD＝1.5％，n＝9）， 98.22％-104.60％（RSD＝2.1％，n＝9）， respectively. CONCLUSIONS： The method is accurate， sensitive and reproducible， and can be used for the simultaneous determination of rutin， hesperidin， arctiin and liquiritin in Sangxing oral liquid. |
