低剂量黄体酮注射液联合保胎无忧胶囊治疗先兆流产的疗效分析

| 摘要： | 目的：观察低剂量黄体酮注射液联合保胎无忧胶囊治疗先兆流产的疗效和安全性。方法：回顾性分析我院107例先兆流产妊娠期妇女资料，按照用药不同分为观察组（54例）和对照组（53例）。两组患者均采取卧床休息、口服叶酸等措施。在此基础上，对照组妊娠期妇女给予黄体酮注射液20～40 mg/d，qd，肌内注射；观察组妊娠期妇女给予黄体酮注射液10～20 mg/d，qd，肌内注射+保胎无忧胶囊4粒/次，tid，用姜汤送服，并在服药期间忌食鱼类。两组均连续治疗14 d。观察两组患者临床疗效、止血时间、腹痛缓解时间、腰酸缓解时间，同时记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果： 观察组妊娠期妇女总有效率显著高于对照组，止血时间、腹痛缓解时间和腰酸缓解时间显著短于对照组，不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论： 低剂量黄体酮注射液联合保胎无忧胶囊治疗先兆流产疗效较好，可以缩短妊娠期妇女的止血时间、腹痛缓解时间和腰酸缓解时间，降低不良反应的发生，安全性较好。 |
| ABSTRACT： | OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficacy and safety of low-dose Progesterone injection combined with Baotai wuyou capsule in the treatment of threatened abortion. METHODS： 107 patients with threatened abortion were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group （54 cases） and control group （53 cases） by different medication. All patients received bed rest orally taking folic acid and other measures. Meanwhile， control group was given Progesterone injection 20-40 mg， qd， intramuscularly injected. Observation group was given Progesterone injection 10-20 mg， qd， intramuscularly injected and given 4 Baotai wuyou capsule additionally， tid， taking with ginger decoction， no fish during the medication. The courses of 2 groups were 14 d. Clinical efficacy， hemostatic time， remission time of abdominal pain and backache in 2 groups were observed， and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment was recorded. RESULTS：The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group， hemostatic time， remission time of abdominal pain and backache were significantly shorter than control group， the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than control group， with statistical significances （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Low-dose Progesterone injection combined with Baotai wuyou capsule shows good efficacy in the treatment of threatened abortion， which can shorten patients’ hemostatic time， remission time of abdominal pain and backache， and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions， with good safety. |
