摘要: 目的:为保障儿童家庭用药安全提供参考。方法:采用德尔菲法,编制4轮专家问卷,分别选取39位相关专家(医师和药师)进行调查,对调查数据进行统计和分析,并筛选和提取出儿童家庭安全用药核心信息。结果:每轮共发放问卷39份,回收有效问卷39份,4轮的有效回收率均为100%,即4轮问卷的专家积极系数值均为100%。经统计学分析,第2~4轮问卷的专家权威系数均值分别为0.80±0.10、0.81±0.02、0.82±0.02;专家协调系数值分别为0.122、0.125、0.291。根据相关统计学指标,筛选出儿童家庭安全用药核心信息4类共45条,均满足评分均值≥4.0分,变异系数<0.25,不重要性百分比<50%。结论:所筛选出的45条儿童家庭安全用药核心信息的地位重要,专家意见集中程度高,具有代表性。该方法学和流程可为其他儿童用药评价和干预研究提供借鉴。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for ensuring the drug safety using for children in family. METHODS: Delphi method was used, four-round expert questionnaires were prepared to investigate 39 related experts (physicians and pharmacists), the data was statistically analyzed, and the core information screening of the drug safety using for children in family was selected and summarized. RESULTS: Totally 39 questionnaires were sent out, 39 were effectively received, with effective recovery of 100%, namely the positive coefficient of the surveyed experts in four-round questionnaire was 100%. According to the statistical analysis, the authority coefficient of the 2-4 round questionnaires was 0.80±0.10, 0.81±0.02, 0.82±0.02; expert coordination coefficient values were 0.122, 0.125 and 0.291, respectively. Based on the statistical indexes, 4 classes (45 items) of core information about drug safety using for children in family were screened, which met the mean value no less than 4.0 scores, coefficient of variation was lower than 0.25, percentage of non-importance was lower than 50%. CONCLUSIONS: The selected 45 core information is important and high-concentrated by experts, which is representative. The methodology and process can provide reference for other research of drug evaluation and intervention for children.
