摘要: 目的:优化余甘子配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以没食子酸含量、出膏率的综合评价结果为指标,以加水倍数、提取次数和提取时间为因素,设计正交试验优化余甘子配方颗粒的提取条件并进行验证试验。结果:余甘子配方颗粒最优提取工艺为饮片加12倍水,提取2次,每次提取1 h。验证试验中出膏率平均值为30.44%(RSD=2.07%,n=3)、没食子酸含量平均值为8.12%(RSD=0.86%, n=3)。结论:优化的提取工艺稳定,可为余甘子配方颗粒的标准化、规范化生产提供依据。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology for Phyllanthus emblica formula granules. METHODS: Using the comprehensive evaluation result of the content of gallic acid and paste rate as index, water amount, extraction times, extracting time as factors, orthogonal test was designed to optimize the extraction conditions of P. emblica formula granules. Validation test was conducted. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology of P. emblica formula granule was as follows as 12-fold water, extracting for 2 times, 1 hour each time. The validation results showed that the average paste rate was 30.44% (RSD=2.07%, n=3), and the average content of gallic acid was 8.12% (RSD=0.86%, n=3). CONCLUSIONS: The optimized extraction technology is stable and can provide the basis for standardized production technology of P. emblica formula granule.
